The purpose of the Office of Finance is to provide leadership in the areas of financial management and other related business services. Our goal is to promote a sound and effective business management environment, which supports and advances the district’s mission and goals, while promoting integrity, compliance and continuous improvement in our financial responsibilities and business practices as outlined by the South Carolina Department of Education. We strive for excellence to meet or exceed the expectations of the Cherokee County School District mission through continuous improvement of our services and resources.
