Technology Work Orders

District faculty and staff should submit an eSupport ticket for all technology issues using the 1 to 1 Plus ticket system. 

To submit a ticket in the 1 to 1 Plus system, open the program by clicking on the 1 to 1 Plus icon on your desktop or by typing in your internet browser and logging in with your district credentials. Once logged in, click Public Submission, then enter the required information. Please include a detailed description of the issue for faster resolution.

Use 1 to 1 Plus to report all technology issues. If your school tech cannot resolve the issue, he/she will escalate the ticket to the district level tech for your school.
